Sonoma Biologics Corp. and its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “us” or “Sonoma Biologics”) are committed to protecting your (“you”, “your”, and “Users”) privacy and informing you about how your Personal Information (defined below) is used. We want you to know that the Personal Information (defined below) you share with us will be treated with care. This Privacy Policy addresses what Personal Information we collect and how we handle the Personal Information shared with us.

Information We Collect
When you use our Websites and Services, we may collect and store certain “Personal Information” about you including, but no limited to:

Information That We Obtain From Third Party Sources

Call Monitoring and Recording: Calls to and from our customer service teams may be recorded or monitored for quality control purposes, analytics, to protect us in the event of a legal dispute and for staff training. Call recordings will be maintained consistent with this Privacy Policy. Any Personal Information obtained from you during the call will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Email Communications: If you send us an email with questions or comments, we may use your personally identifiable information to respond to your questions or comments, and we may save your questions or comments for future reference. For security reasons, we do not recommend that you send non-public personal information, such as passwords, social security numbers, credit or debit numbers or bank account information, to us by email. However, aside from our reply to such an email, it is not our standard practice to send you an email unless you request a particular service or sign up for a feature that involves email communications, it relates to purchases you have made with us (e.g., product updates, customer support, etc.), we are sending you information about our other products and services, or you consented to being contacted by email for a particular purpose. Other Online Communications: Any interactions you have with us via online services, such as chat, or otherwise, will be recorded and monitored for quality control purposes, to protect us in the event of a legal dispute and for staff training. Such information will be processed and maintained consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Whenever you interact with the Services, we may use server log information and cookies for security purposes, to personalize the Services, to analyze trends, to administer the Services, and to gather broad demographic data for aggregate use. User may log into the Services and correct or update certain of their Personal Information. In addition, you can request that we correct, update, or delete your Personal Information by emailing a request at info@sonomabiologics.com. We will promptly process such requests in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
Residents of California
If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our Websites. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Websites, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. How Long Will We Keep Your Information?
We may keep the Personal Information we collect for as long as necessary to provide products or services to you, to operate our business, to enable us to communicate with you, for our safety, research, evaluation of use, or troubleshooting purposes, or to satisfy our legal or contractual obligations.
